IT Service Desk Analyst - SQL / ITIL - Cardiff


An IT Service Desk Analyst with knowledge of ITIL and SQL Server support is required by our client based in Cardiff, South Wales. A salary of up to £25,000 is available.

The IT Service Desk Analyst will join a small team of technical staff responsible for the management of business critical systems, including SQL Server Databases and you can develop your knowledge of Sharepoint and MS Dynamics CRM.

You will be responsible for gathering systems data through analysis of user faults, interviews and workshops in order to deliver improvement and provide end-user assistance and troubleshooting as required. You will ideally have some suitable SQL knowledge and possible some knowledge of SSRS.

Technical Areas:
- SQL Server support is essential
- Any knowledge of SSRS or BI tools is useful, but not essential
- Strong experience troubleshooting database and data management issues
- Knowledge of Sharepoint is useful, but only desirable.
- Experience within a fast-paced environment if highly desirable.

Salary:
Basic salary from £23,000 to £25,000
