Administrator - Legal / Conveyancing - Bridgend

If you have a background in Conveyancing or Legal Secretarial roles then this Administrator position will be perfect for you. The role is both Home-Based and Field-Based covering South Wales. You must have a driving licence and be willing to drive.

As Administrator you will work with Local Authorities in the region to survey and compile data and information for conveyancing purposes. You will be the kind of person who enjoys travelling and running their own diary. You will travel onsite to make inspections on drainage and related utilities.

As Administrator will have good attention to detail and some reporting experience. Ideally you will have knowledge of conveyancing and or Council / Local Authority data processes. Full training can is provided.

Required Skills:
- Full Driving Licence
- PC Literate and strong MS Office skills (Excel)
- Experience working in Building Surveying or Conveyancing or Legal Secretarial
- You must be willing to travel

Our client offers a unique opportunity to work from home and provide reports for one of the largest information providers in the UK for property search and conveyancing.  

Who would suit this role?
This is an excellent role for an organised individual with strong attention to detail and good reporting skills. You must have a full driving licence and your own car and be willing to travel from 90 minutes daily.

A basic salary of £18,000 is available plus 22 days holiday, fuel card and laptop.

From 9am to 5pm - totalling 37.5 per week.

Home based / Bridgend - with travel across South Wales
